Forestry and Wood Fiber Certification was established following concern over the sustainable development of the world's forest resources; forest ecosystems; and for this reason also the ecological balance of the planet in general. Also, it often happens that in various public tenders, one of the conditions for winning the tender is Forest and Wood Fiber Certification.
We are aware that this is a slow practice, but surely it will be strengthened in Albania very soon. The lack of this certification, or more precisely, the non-implementation of the standard, means that we live in a society that has not yet sufficiently recognized the importance of each individual in the preservation of forest ecosystems, as one of the important components of ecological balance of the country.
Listening to our customers but also following the market situation and the problems they face, including here the production, distribution or sale of products made from raw materials originating from forest resources, We have decided to actively get involved and enable the existing consumer (but also all others who have similar problems), an easier access to the Certification of Forests and Wood Fibers; a choice that partially facilitates their access to target international and regional markets.

More and more consumers want to conserve natural resources when buying wood and paper products and value ethical forest management and wood processing. The non-governmental, non-profit council has formulated the relevant criteria that express commitment to the environmentally and socially responsible use of forests.
Furthermore, the Certification helps to improve the marketing of Responsible Sector Products.
The certificate shows that its holder takes consumers' environmental concerns seriously.
The commercial entities that offer their products (made from materials of forest origin) in the international market, especially in the European market, always and more often fulfill the requirements for Certification, as a condition for the purchase of their products.

FSC ® Forest Standard Certification (Certification of Forests, wood, panels, wood fibers, paper)
What is it?
Private certification, founded to promote responsible management of the world's forests.
The raw materials chain certification, intermediates or products with wood fibers (including paper), identifies wood, wood products, paper, as well as printed materials, raw materials that originate from the responsible management of forests and other controlled resources.

Based on successful Chain of Custody certification, wood can be clearly identified at all stages of processing and marketing at any time.
Care in this chain accompanies the certified material through the production process from the forest to the consumer, including all intermediate stages. All participants in the production chain must have the appropriate Certificate so that even the final product can carry the label.
These labels represent a link between production and consumption that allow consumers to make social decisions about product purchases while increasing environmental responsibility.

Certification in accordance with PEFC regulations. Controlled processing chain for wood, printing and paper products.
Wood produced in PEFC certified forests must be delivered to the customer with the PEFC brand. Customers include panel plants, pulp mills, paper mills, printers and publishers.
Therefore, the chain of cutting, gathering, trading, processing and retailing must be certified in order to ensure that the raw materials of wood have a PEFC origin, or a chain product certification.

Now the players in the forestry sector have set high standards. Forest service companies engaged in the cultivation and collection of timber, the distribution of this valuable raw material, forest restoration services and forest management can be certified according to a RAL standard of the "Forest Quality Control and Conservation Association" land e.V.
Legal business requirements, technical standards, accidents, prevention regulations and work quality are currently evaluated in 3 test areas.
The RAL certificate is a prerequisite in some countries to participate in calls for tenders in state-owned forests and serves as a reliable proof of the quality of the work.
